In Part one, We look at the build ahead and start on the cockpit, wheel wells, and intakes
In Part Two. We carry on the construction and build the wings and get everything ready with rescribing and riveting ready to move into the spray booth for priming
In part Three, we work our way through the painting stage with the primer and then preshading with Tamiya XF-85 Black and then using the Hataka Paints C049 for the FS17875 Navy White and C048 FS36440 Light Gull Grey. Unfortunately, in my case, the C049 for the FS17875 Navy White is the wrong color!! so I over sprayed the white the correct colorfor MRP-99 U.S.Navy White.
In Part Four, we Finish off the paint work by spraying the black front and the metal exhaust area and then decaling and taking care of any silvering of the decals before adding a flat coat XF-86 to seal the decals in place.
In the final Part, we start the weathering with the Dark Dirt wash and then go in with oils to really weather the crusader down. We then bring the whole thing together for the final reveal.
